Agreement to Terms By accessing or using the VideoSphere website (thevideosphere.com) or purchasing any VideoSphere product, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

 

Products & Orders The VideoSphere VS1 is a personal-sized 360 degrees LED sphere display manufactured by Blue Optics. Product images and descriptions are provided for illustrative purposes and may vary slightly from the actual product. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, or cancel orders at our discretion. Prices are subject to change without notice.

 

All Sales Are Final Every VideoSphere VS1 is custom built to order. Because each unit is manufactured on demand specifically for you, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and accept this policy. For defective units, please refer to our Warranty Policy.

 

Shipping & Import Duties All VideoSphere VS1 units ship directly from our production facility in China. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Estimated delivery times are provided as guidelines and are not guaranteed. Import duties and tariffs may apply depending on your country of residence. For US customers, this is typically around $50 USD. These fees are not included in the purchase price and are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

 

Smart Features Disclaimer Certain features — including but not limited to live weather, stock tickers, sports scores, and news feeds — are currently in development and planned for a future software update. These features are not available at the time of purchase. We do not guarantee a specific timeline for their release, and the final feature set may differ from what is described.

 

Intellectual Property All content on this website is the property of Blue Optics and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. Content you upload to your VideoSphere VS1 device remains your property. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the rights to display any content on your device.

 

Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blue Optics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product.

 

User Conduct You agree not to use our website or products for any unlawful purpose. You are responsible for all content you display on your VideoSphere device.

 

Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.

 

Changes to Terms We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website or products after changes constitutes acceptance.
