Each VideoSphere VS1 ships directly from our production facility in China. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Buyers may be required to pay import duties or tariffs upon delivery (typically ~$50 USD for US customers). These fees are set by your country's customs authority and are not included in the purchase price.
Every VideoSphere VS1 is custom built to order specifically for you. Because each unit is manufactured on demand, we are unable to offer refunds or accept returns. All sales are final. If your unit arrives with a manufacturing defect or develops a fault during normal use, we will repair or replace it at no cost under our warranty.
