All Sales Are Final — No Refunds or Returns

 

Every VideoSphere VS1 is custom built to order specifically for you. Because each unit is manufactured on demand, we are unable to offer refunds or accept returns under any circumstances. By purchasing a VideoSphere VS1, you acknowledge and agree that all sales are final.

 

Repair & Replace Warranty

 

While we cannot offer refunds or returns, we fully stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of every unit we ship. If your VideoSphere VS1 arrives with a manufacturing defect or develops a fault during normal use, we will repair or replace it at no cost to you.

 

Our warranty covers:

 

Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship

 

LED panel malfunctions that occur during normal use

 

Hardware failures not caused by physical damage, misuse, or modification

 

Power adapter or connectivity issues present at delivery or arising from defects

 

What Is Not Covered:

 

Accidental drops, impacts, or physical damage

 

Exposure to water, extreme temperatures, or corrosive environments

 

Unauthorized modifications, disassembly, or repairs

 

Normal wear and cosmetic changes over time

 

Software issues caused by third-party applications or unsupported devices

 

How to File a Warranty Claim: Contact us at support@thevideosphere.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos or video demonstrating the defect. Our team will respond within 2 business days.

 

Shipping for Warranty Claims: If a repair or replacement is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the defective unit. We will cover return shipping costs for confirmed manufacturing defects. Replacement units will be shipped from our production facility in China (10-20 business days).
