Each VideoSphere VS1 ships directly from our production facility in China. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Estimated delivery: 10–20 business days depending on destination. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

Because the VS1 ships internationally from China, buyers may be required to pay import duties or tariffs upon delivery. For US customers, this is typically around $50 USD.

Rates vary by country and are set by your local customs authority. These fees are not included in the purchase price and are the responsibility of the buyer.

Every VideoSphere VS1 is carefully packaged in custom protective packaging to ensure it arrives safely. The sphere is a precision-engineered LED device and is packed to withstand standard shipping conditions.

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can also track your order anytime using our Track Order page.

While we do our best to meet estimated delivery times, occasional delays may occur due to carrier issues, customs processing, or high demand periods. We'll keep you updated if there are any changes to your order.

Every VideoSphere VS1 is custom built to order specifically for you. Because each unit is manufactured on demand, we are unable to offer refunds or accept returns. All sales are final.

If your VS1 arrives with a manufacturing defect or develops a fault during normal use, we will repair or replace it at no cost under our warranty. Contact support@thevideosphere.com for warranty assistance.
